Ingredients:
– 12 oz of Grosse Bête Noire
– 1 cup of butter
– 12 oz of dark chocolate
– 1.5 cups of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup of flour
– 1.25 teaspoons of salt
Recipe:
1 – Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2 – Boil and reduce the Grosse Bête Noire by half in a saucepan. Let it cool.
3 – Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool.
4 – Blend the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the chocolate-butter mixture. Finish with the reduced Grosse Bête Noire.
5 – Grease and flour a brownie pan, pour the mixture. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it cool.
6 – Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream and the rest of your beer.
