Perfect Tricot composed of the triple Tante Tricotante aged in Chardonnay barrels and our Boulet, a wild fermentation saison barreled for 12 months in oak barrels. Magnificent waltz between Belgian yeasts, the atypical softness of the Tante and the leathery edge of the Bretts. The long, spicy, slightly peppery finish will delight all your senses.
