Le Dernier des Mojitos – Berliner Weisse Lime and Mint – 3.6% alc.vol.
Inspired by the mojito, this Berliner Weisse was crafted by the team at “Tétro Sublime” (Philippe Gamelin and Stéphane Tonnerre) as part of the “Brasse ta bière dans une brasserie” contest, initiated by Baron Mag in collaboration with LABAQ.
This beer boasts a beautiful, hazy straw-yellow hue. It greets us with inviting aromas of peppermint, followed by a delightful fruity and tangy presence from the lime.
On the palate, it begins with a bold yet pleasant acidity, transitioning into lime flavors complemented by a refreshing minty finish that truly quenches the thirst. With its generous wheat content and residual sugar, it offers a rounded texture that balances the entire composition.
In short, it’s like enjoying a delicious mojito with the characteristic texture of beer. A perfect accompaniment for the terrace.
