Our cellar is full of treasures. Rare pearls with which our master brewers have fun to offer you a series of unique products which will each time be offered in VERY limited quantities: The Fugitives. This time, we find in the Fugitive with elderberry inoculated must (voluntary addition of a mixture of wild yeasts and micro-organisms reminiscent of Lambic) barreled for 18 months, including 6 with the fruit. Elderberry from Ferme Dosa in Roxton Falls brings a tangy touch and a pleasant astringency. Fruity ecstasy guaranteed!
