Our brewers are having fun in the cellar! Our love of juicy seasonal fruits inspired this exclusive version of the Double Kapi. Yellow plums from the Niagara region were added to a young Double Kapi, then left for 6 weeks in oak barrels. The Double Kapi is thus enhanced with the acidity and fruitiness typical of yellow plum, which gives a well-supported roundness and length on the palate. LIMITED QUANTITY !
