Our brewers are having a great time in the cellar! Our love of fresh and local fruit has inspired this special version of the Double Kapi. This time, elderberries from the Ferme Dosa in Roxton Falls were added to a young Double Kapi and then left for a month in oak barrels. Then, we blended this divine nectar with a regular Double Kapi to create a fruity and perfectly balanced brew. Cheers!
