2 cooperatives. 1 common desire to brew a beautiful pilsner well balanced between malt and hops. 184 km separate the two. No problem, Kevin jumps on the moving train to brew with David a 100% Quebecois pilsner containing hops from Jarrets Noirs, grains from Caux-Laflamme and Maltraiteur, as well as yeast from Le Labo.
